Classical ballet – Is the foundation for all styles of dance. It is known for its aesthetics and rigorous technique and its graceful, flowing, and precise movements which enhance posture and alignment of the dancers body and helps build a strong technique base for all styles of dance.


Pointe technique a continuation of the classical ballet technique in which a ballet dancer supports all body weight on the tips of fully extended feet. Our ballet teachers will assess each student to determine if they can safely commence pointe work, this is usually around 12 years of age.


Jazz dance is a high energy form of dance. We teach many styles of Jazz dance from traditional Jazz, Broadway Jazz and also including Commercial Jazz. These classes will teach you turns, leaps, routines and much much more.


Tap dance – is a form of dance characterized by using the sound of one’s tap shoes hitting the floor. We focus on tap technique and students can either perform solos or in group dances at the competitions or learn street tap which is based around the style from Tap dogs or Bootmen.


Contemporary / Lyrical dance – is based on classical ballet technique but exploring different shapes, and ways of moving using time, space, energy, whilst learning to contract and release, floor work, fall and recovery and also incorporating other dance cultures.


Musical theatre – This is a class where students learn all aspects of musical theatre from Acting, Singing, Dancing and also dialogue. This gives the student confidence to perform in front of an audience. This class provides a strong foundation for the student who wishes to follow a career in the dance industry in musical theatre.


Stretch / Strengthen – This class is designed to assist the student to become a flexible dancer. This class primarily focusses on core strength and flexibility.


Acrobatics –This class is where the student can learn acrobatic tricks to incorporate into their dance routines such as cartwheels, round offs, handsprings, aerials, front layouts and much more. This class focusses on strength work to assist the student to flip with no hands.


Hip Hop – This class focusses on all forms of street dance from Popping, Locking to Break Dancing and Funk. This is a fun energetic class where students get to dress in street wear and runners.


Singing – Group or private singing lessons are available. In these lessons the student will focus on diction, projection, breathing and performance whilst learning warm up exercises and songs.
